1. Custom Armored Main Entrance Door System

The entrance of any home sets the tone for security and luxury. In this project, the original entry frame was upgraded to a modern armored security door. Complete inner and outer framing (trimming) was custom-fitted to ensure a clean flush finish against the interior drywall and exterior facade. Armored doors provide superior impact resistance, sound dampening, and multi-point locking mechanisms for maximum security.

2. Living Room Structural Window Expansion

Originally fitted with standard sliding doors, the living room area underwent a structural makeover. The entire frame was extended outward to install a expansive floor-to-ceiling casement window system. Featuring a large, fixed center pane flanked by two outward-opening side casements, this design eliminates center sightline obstructions, bringing unimpeded, panoramic views of the river directly into the home.

3. Bedroom Windows with Built-in Child Safety & Anti-Theft Protection
